Return Eligibility Criteria
To be accepted for return or replacement:
- The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (tags and polybags included).
- Only products received in damaged condition are eligible for refund.
- Used products, worn items, or those missing original packaging cannot be returned.
- Flip-flops and clogs can be returned only if the exact delivered product is sent back in its original condition.
- Watches are non-returnable unless received in a damaged state.
